Education
Mr. Vines is a graduate of South
Caldwell High School. He attended Western Carolina University
and Appalachian State University. Prior to becoming the
Electrical Instructor at the Career Center, Mr. Vines worked in the
maintenance department of Caldwell County Schools. |
